FIRST ANNUAL SCAVENGER HUNT

The Edison Park Fest Scavenger Hunt is a game in which teams seek to find a number of specific items, in a specific amount of time.

THE GOAL – HAVE YOUR TEAM COMPLETE THE LIST FIRST!

**GRAND PRIZE:  NINTENDO Wii**

-    This Scavenger Hunt is for everyone

-    You need to put together a team.  Usually no more than 5 people, with a team captain and a team name. (Fill in the form below)

-    If any one on your team is under the age of 13, they must have a parent's permission and the parent must fill out this form.

-    The starting location is Olympia Park at 12:30pm on Saturday, August 16, 2008 (Immediatley following the parade).  Your team will be given the list of items to find at this time.

-    All teams will start at the same time and have until 3:00pm to complete as much of the list as possible.

-    All lists must be returned to the Olympia Park starting point no later than 3:05pm to be eligible for prizes.

-    All items on the list are located within the Edison Park neighborhood limits.

-    You may walk, run and ride your bicycle - you may NOT use a car.

-    Prizes will be given for the top four teams.

-   In the event of a tie, a tie break question will be given.

-    Entry Fee is $15 per team if payed on or before August 1st, 2008.  After that, the fee is $30.
