Letter from the Executive Director:

This year is sure to be an exciting time in Edison Park! We will continue our efforts to build a new playlot at Edison Park in partnership with the President and CEO of the Chicago Blackhawks and childhood Edison Park resident, John McDonough as well as the Edison Park Community Council.  We will build on the momentum of the successful events from 2013 including our various pub crawls, Irish Sunday Funday, Edison Park Restaurant Week, Unwrap Edison Park Shop Local Inititative, Edison Park Fest, and Santa Express to name just a few.  We will also introduce new events for our members and new and exciting events for our residents such as Movie in the Park, Edison Park Bridal Walk, and various family events.  Overall, it is my personal goal to create an optimal mix of networking opportunities, social events and member benefits that will maximize the success of our 2014 membership drive.

I would also like to introduce our 2014 Board of Director and Officers, with whom we have the pleasure of serving our business district and community at large.

Board of Directors: Steve Ek (Ek Automotive), Dennis Gancarz (Edison Park Inn), Lewis Luburich (LA Services), Alex Mrowiec (IFPC Worldwide), Ashley Neri (Regional Valet Services), Anthony Mullarkey (Joseph Mullarkey Distributors),  Brian Schoen (Real Network Solutions), Kevin Shirley (The Mecca Supper Club), Jamie Suckow (Firewater Saloon), and Tony Valle (Yes I Am Show Business).

Officers: Jill Doherty (President - LepreCAN Portable Restrooms), George McCarthy (Vice-President - Pinnacle Graphics), Lawrence Barbi (Treasurer - First Nations Bank) and Kathleen Kreher (Secretary - Romance in Blooms)

I look forward to continuing to serve as the Executive Director and do my part to help maintain the strength of our business district and the overall community of Edison Park. Please do not hesitate to call me directly at 773-631-0063 or simply stop by the office at 6730 N. Olmsted (METRA Station).
